A Sentinel card is only available to workers Sponsored by rail engineering companies who need access to the managed rail infrastructure. The Sponsor is responsible for ordering and paying for the card. The following information of the individual must be completed in Sentinel before they can order a card:

• Full name
• Photograph – photo guidelines can be found here: https://info.railsentinel.co.uk/apply/photo-requirements]
• Valid medical record
• Valid drugs & alcohol record
• Eligible to work in the UK

It can take up to 10 days for your Sentinel card to be delivered.
