Sentinel Scheme Formal Review Outcomes 2016

As mentioned in the Operations Update – June 2016 investigations of any alleged breach of the┬áSentinel Scheme rules need to be submitted within four weeks of the incident to Network Rail. This relates to Section 3.9 of the rules, where an Individual is working on behalf of the Primary Sponsor. The email address for investigations is: sentinel-investigations@networkrail.co.uk
