Oracle Competence Expiry Date Issue – Update

We’d like to provide you with an update on how RSIT is addressing the issues that you may be experiencing around expiry dates being reverted to pre-COVID dates, in Oracle.
On the 12 March, we applied a “data fix” to ensure Sentinel was correct. We are now running this cycle on a regular basis in order to keep Sentinel aligned with Oracle.
RSIT continues to work on the data issues in Oracle and we will provide a further update when this is complete.
