Q3 Invoice Delay

We sent a communication at the end of December 2021, advising of a change to the billing model to allow a fairer distribution of the service costs, across all sponsors using the Sentinel database and support services. Subsequently, the introduction of the change to the billing model was expected to cause a delay in the release of the FY2021 Quarter 3 invoices, which you would normally expect to receive by the second week of January. 

The delay has been caused by an inadvertent technical issue being identified at the time of producing the invoices on 17 Jan 2022. The issue has a required an urgent fix to be applied before the invoices can be released. 

The fix has been applied and is currently being tested.  

The invoices will be produced and released in phases during the week commencing 31 Jan 2022. 

We apologise for any inconvenience the delay in releasing the invoices may have caused.
