If you have ordered a new Sentinel card please make sure you have destroyed your old one as it will no longer work when swiping in. Always use your most recent card to swipe in.

Guidelines for completing the Business Analytics access request form

Guidelines for completing the BA access request form:

  • Select: Add a role to my account
  • Choose Human Resources as the analytics area,  Human Resources Communities of Practice Analytics User as the role to be added and specify Access to Sentinel reporting required in the Business Justification box
  • Once access is granted, use the following link and normal windows login details to access the Sentinel Dashboard
  • Once logged in, select the Sentinel Dashboard (top right of page under Dashboards – NR HR Sentinel)
  • The welcome page provides some guidance on the various tabs and what information you can be provided with from the system
