All individuals must be issued a physical card first. Once you have done this you will then be able to issue a virtual card. If you have cancelled a card, their virtual card will also be invalid.
A card checker needs to have the latest version of the Sentinel app to swipe themselves in using their virtual card if both are installed on the same device.

To access the different areas, select the relevant tab along the bottom the screen.

If you see a link icon, you can click this to take you to that individual’s Sentinel profile.
Enlarge a report – You can use Focus mode to zoom in on one visual. Hover over the visual to reveal the action menu and then select Open in focus mode or the focus icon.
The filter button will allow you to view of what filters have been applied on the tile.
The Filter panes on the right and left shows the filters that can be applied to the report page or visual (if one is selected). If the filter has the word All next to it, that means every value in the field is included in the filter.
Hold Ctrl to select multiple options in the drop downs.
To clear the filters, you have applied click the clear filters button on the filter pane on the right.
Any filters applied will clear when you leave the BI Reporting page.
