Update to the Sentinel App

An update to the Sentinel app has been deployed today. This was to fix the app crashing when recording a competence at another location via the home screen, and only affected Apple iOS. If you do not have automatic updates activated on your device, please make sure you update to the latest version of the Sentinel app via the App Store.
