Network Rail has updated its Sentinel personal data arrangements in line with the ICO statutory ‘Data Sharing Code’ – please see the Data Protection Responsibilities to Use Sentinel document below.

Appendix 1 – if a data protection matter relating to Sentinel needs to be raised with Network Rail or another organisation, please complete this form and email it to sentinel@mitie.com

Appendix 4 – this is the rulebook that organisations acknowledge when they log into Sentinel.  It describes what organisations can and cannot do when they use Sentinel to share personal data with Network Rail and other organisations that use Sentinel.  The Sentinel Scheme Rules continue to apply.

Appendix 5 – if you intend to re-use Sentinel-related personal data internally, or need to share it with another organisation, or grant Sentinel access to another organisation, please complete this form and email it to sentinel@mitie.com
